David Würgler is a lawyer / director and expert in product and business development, business law, IPR, law enforcement, GDPR, compliance, litigation, cyber security, regulatory work, etc.  

For the last 25 years he has worked all over the world for companies such as Canal Digital, Viasat, Telenor Broadcast, Nagravision, etc. 

He is personally responsible for the implementation of five legislative changes in Denmark, one in Norway and two in Sweden.  

In 2002, he founded a Nordic industry association with members such as Canal Digital, Viasat, Telenor, Boxer, Yousee, Telia, Com Hem, CMore, the Norwegian Sports Confederation, the Swedish Hockey League, TvNorge, TV4, TV 2 Denmark, TV2 Norway, Discovery, Canal +, Premier League, Superligaen, Eliteserien, Sveriges Fodboldforbund, Viaplay etc.

In 2017, Nagravision moved him to Denver (USA), where he worked on product and business development etc. with the most central rights holders in the entertainment and sports industry. David is currently working as a consultant for Nagravision. 

Since 2020, he has also been associated with Magnusson Law as co-head of TMT and head of IPR. 

John R. Kristensen is Master of Science in Business Economics and Management with more than 20 years of experience at the top management level from both national and international companies. Most recently, he has been CEO of the music and management organization Gramex, which under his leadership grew to become one of the ten largest management organizations in Europe – with a turnover of DKK 250 million.

In addition, John has been an advisor and lobbyist for the Telecommunications and Media Industry – among other things through his work as a Senior Adviser in Danish Industry. He is certified in PRINCE2® project management from the Danish Technological Institute.

He is the co-author of the book – Denmark Under Change. The book focuses in particular on disruption, and how technological developments can create business success or failure in a split second. An experience he himself became acquainted with during his time as director of Nokia Denmark. Furthermore, he is the man behind the idea behind Lydens Hus, which is one of Denmark’s most successful entrepreneurial houses. with more than 50 companies.. Therefore, he has a significant insight into what it is like to be an entrepreneur.

In 2021, he published the podcast series – The Woman in the Tower in collaboration with the Nordic region’s largest commercial radio and podcast station – Bauer Media.
